On February 21 2024, Civil Affairs Teams (CAT) 3213 and 1511 led an engaging session on NATO’s history, mission, and role in Romania. Their presentation highlighted the importance of understanding NATO’s principles and objectives as a means to counter disinformation in the region.
Each CAT member shared glimpses into their military and civilian lives, sparking curiosity and leading to a lively Q&A session with the students. The event wrapped up with a fun hands-on challenge, as two students tried to open an MRE (meal ready-to-eat), followed by a group photo session—capturing memories and strengthening NATO’s community connection.
